Between 2019 and 2022, my practice entered an unusually introspective phase. The Covid years, though marked by global uncertainty, became for me a period of deep reflection and sustained creative focus. With the world slowed to a hush, the studio transformed into a space of solitude, calm, and uninterrupted exploration. In that stillness, ideas surfaced with new clarity, and the work that emerged carries the imprint of that quiet intensity a record of resilience, contemplation, and the need to create meaning in a suspended moment of time.
